Our teams receive prescription referrals from patients, physicians, or third-party clearinghouses. After verifying benefits, we explain coverage and financial responsibilities to each patient or designated caregiver. Once accepted, we forward the prescription to our pharmacy team.

The pharmacy calls the healthcare provider or patient to provide counseling and schedule shipping. We then ship the medication via convenient overnight delivery at no additional cost to the patient. Once the medication has been shipped, the reimbursement team bills the patient’s insurance provider.

Wholesale services may be available for healthcare providers who are required to “buy and bill” in their state.
